Scope
What the service covers.
Everything below is inside the quoted figure unless the quote says otherwise.
Distribution boards
Main and sub-boards built with correct selectivity, spare ways and a legible schedule — not a wall of unlabelled breakers.
Power circuits
Sockets, machine feeds, three-phase outlets and dedicated lines sized for the real load, with cable runs planned around your layout.
Protection & earthing
RCDs, surge protection, bonding and earthing designed for the installation rather than copied from the last job.
Lighting & emergency
Commercial lighting circuits, control zones and emergency lighting positioned to match the escape routes.
Upgrades in service
Board replacements and rewiring phased around trading hours, with temporary supply where a shutdown is not an option.
Testing & records
Continuity, insulation, loop impedance and RCD trip times measured and written down. You keep the report.
Deliverables
What you receive.
Load assessment and single-line diagram before the works start
Itemised bill of materials, brand and reference visible
Boards assembled, labelled and photographed as installed
Every circuit tested and the results recorded
Site left clean, cable routes accessible and documented
Handover file: diagram, board schedule, test report, device list
Indicative
Projects start from3 000 €
Fit-outs of a commercial unit typically run from 3 000 € to 15 000 € depending on the number of circuits, the incoming supply and whether three-phase distribution is involved.
Durations are typical rather than contractual — hardware lead times and site access are the two things that move them. Whatever the schedule turns out to be, you get it in writing before we start.
Written scheduleAgreed shutdowns
Day 0Survey
We check the incoming supply, the existing board, the earthing arrangement and your load plan.
Day 1–3Design & quote
Circuit schedule, protection sizing and a firm price, including the shutdown windows.
Week 1–2Supply
Boards, protection devices and cable ordered; lead times confirmed in writing.
On siteInstallation
Cable pulled, boards mounted and terminated, circuits energised in a controlled sequence.
HandoverTesting & sign-off
Full test sequence in your presence, then the report and the as-built pack.
Questions
Before you ask.
In most cases yes. We plan the shutdown windows in the quote — typically early mornings, evenings or a single weekend — and use temporary distribution where a circuit has to stay live. The plan is agreed before we start, not improvised on the day.
We prepare and coordinate the installation up to the point of supply and liaise with the distributor where an upgrade or a new connection is needed. The connection work itself remains with the network operator.
Installations are carried out to NF C 15-100 and to the manufacturer specifications for the equipment fitted. The measured test results are handed over with the works, so compliance is something you can read rather than something you are told.
Three-phase distribution, dedicated machine circuits and motor protection are standard work for us. Send the nameplate data of the equipment and we will size the feed and the protection in the quote.
It reflects a modest commercial job — a new sub-board with a limited number of circuits, protection, testing and commissioning, including labour and materials. Larger units and three-phase distribution scale from there.
