Room-by-room set points, schedules and presence logic driving the existing heating, floor loops or reversible units.
Blinds & shading
Motorised blinds and shutters on schedules, sun position or temperature, with manual override that always wins.
Access & presence
Intercom, door contacts and presence detection tied into the same scenes, so leaving the house is one action.
Energy visibility
Sub-metering on the circuits that matter, so consumption is a number you can act on instead of a monthly surprise.
Local-first control
The system keeps working without internet. Cloud is an option for remote access, never a dependency.

How the project runs.
Durations are typical rather than contractual — hardware lead times and site access are the two things that move them. Whatever the schedule turns out to be, you get it in writing before we start.

We walk each room, note the existing circuits, the ceiling access and how you actually live in the space.

Zone plan, device list, single-line diagram and a firm price. You approve before anything is ordered.

Hardware arrives, bus and power cabling is pulled, back boxes and the panel are prepared.
- Week 3–4Second fix & configuration
Devices fitted and addressed, gateway configured, every load tested individually.

Questions
Before you ask.
Not necessarily. In a renovation we combine wired bus where the ceilings or partitions are already open with wireless devices where they are not. The mix is decided at the site visit and shown in the quote, so you know exactly what is chased and what is not.
Nothing changes locally. Switches, scenes, heating and blinds run on the local bus or gateway. Internet is only needed for remote access from outside the house and for optional voice assistants.
No. We build on open protocols — KNX, Zigbee, Modbus and standard IP. Any competent integrator can take the system over later, and the credentials are yours from day one.
Yes, and it often should be. We size the cabling and the panel for the full system, then fit it line by line: lighting first, then climate, then shading and access.
It reflects a small project — a compact flat or a single floor, with lighting automation and climate control on a modest number of zones, including design, hardware, installation and commissioning. Larger surfaces and more zones scale from there.
